Has anyone used this?

Moderators, what are your thoughts on it?

It has been suggested to me that I use this to help keep comuter clean. Will it cause me problems if I run it with Ad-Aware SE, S&D, BitDefender, SpywareGuard, SpywareBlaster and CCCleaner?

Just lwanted to make sure before I add anything else.
