Hi All!

Here is the Problem. When I go to my start menu and click on the programs button nothing happens. I can access programs manually, but it is terribly annoying. Also I need to install new software and beacause the pathway is inactive, I am kicked out of installation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
THANKS!!

Do you know when this problem began?

Did you install (or uninstall) any software just before this began occurring?

Most likely a virus or a corrupt Windows installation (could be lot's of other stuff also).

First, try a free, online scan here: http://safety.live.com/
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
