Hi bmitche5 "Normal.dot" is a hidden file. If you have Office or word, you have it. In Windows Explorer, click Tools>Folder Options>View Tab. Make sure "Show Hidden Files and Folders" is selected and "Hide Extensions for Known File Types" is not. Also, see my previous post on this issue here.
