Hey all: I think that I have requested four different times now, no more emails from "Bleeping...." but I still keep getting them. What next coach?

OK. I did what was outlined yesterday on the link you gave me. I just re-checked and it says that I have no topics. Today I got about 5 more e-mails. Does it take a while to go into effect?

What emails are you getting? Are they only for this topic? If so, its because everytime you reply you keep resubscribing.

I have unsubscribed you.

What I advice if , beyond the the problem you have is to "garble"your email adress. (even better to remove it) Forums like this are a playground for spammers.
