My friend came over and downloaded some things onto my computer and I don't know what, and I've been able to get rid of most of it with spybot and norton, but I can't get rid of this virusburst thing and I know it's some kinda malware cause I've heard about it, but nothing I do can get rid of it, any help would be much appreciated thanks.

Hi and welcome. My name is kairis and I will be helping you.
You have some crap there!
But don't worry; we'll get you cleaned up!
Please follow my steps in the right order...
We'll start with this:
Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.
Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool";
it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes.
Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs,
therefore they may alert the user.
