Hi all im a dad who has a teenage son who is computer mad ,every now and then he will install some new software / hardware and then ask for help! well thats where you heroes come in .....thanks

It seems it is always easier to break a computer than to fix it. Next time, it might be a good idea to have your son sit right beside you and join in the problem-solving. Even better, tell him to get a membership here at BC and then the next time he gets himself into trouble, he will have to solve the problem himself!
