Hi!
Thanks for all the times you all helped me with hjt stuff!
But I'm having some big problems here...when I boot my pc it has problems with explorer.exe and drwtsn32
I tried to fix but some say it's probably virus or malware
Here is the log...

Ps: I posted before but nobody answered...so...this is a new hjt log...
Ps.2: I have more than 1 antivirus...but norton is already uninstalled (only the systemworks is runing) and only the avast is really working...i think...

Thanks since now!

Hello hijacked and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. I see no signs of viruses or malware in the log. It is clean.

As stated in the previous post, there are multiple anti-virus applications running on this computer. Although Norton has been removed AVG and Avast are still running. Since multiple AV products can conflict with each other and cause file access issues, keep the one you want and remove the other one.

If the problem persists then post a question in the XP forum here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/56/windows-xp-home-and-professional/

They can assist with analyzing the system for conflicts and recommend any necessary fixes. Let them know that you have been to this forum and no malware was found.

Cheers.

I'll chose one AV...but which one do you recommend?

Thanks!

Hi hijacked. Both of them are excellent applications. It boils down to personal preference. I use one or the other on various machines I have and I like them both.

Cheers.
