a 5" drive will fit into a 5.25" drive space will it? i was checking the posts about a 5" dvd burner and some ppl said that it didnt perfectly fit... do i need to worry about this?

anyone have recommendations for cheap 5.25" litescribe DVD burners? (preferrably off of newegg)

Here is the one I bought a couple of months ago. I've used Lite-On drives for years and had no trouble with them.

To be honest, I don't know if I've ever seen a 5" drive. Everything I've seen, including the drive for my old 286, was 5 1/4". I never measured them. The standard is 5 1/4" and I always thought anything that big was that size. The drive I gave the link to will fit in a 5 1/4" drive space. :thumbsup:
