I recently bought a 10 pack of Imation DVD+R 4.7GB discs. I have downloaded and filed pictures taken on my digital camera. I selected 10 to 12 pictures to copy to disc and selected Drive E, which is one of two CD drives I have. One drive is Read only and the other, Drive E, is both Read and Write. I previously inserted a new/fresh disc into the drive. After getting the message "you have data ready to copy to CD", and clicking on the message, I was transferred to the page showing Drive E across the top in the blue border, and the message "Files ready to be written to the CD". I select from the menu on the left: "Write these files to CD" and the next screen that comes up is the CD Writing Wizard and the message "there is no disc in the drive", "please insert a writable CD into drive E". I have tried to use a second disc with the same result. Can I not copy data/pictures to a disc that says DVD? I'm not even sure what info to put into the Help box to search for help. I hope I gave complete info.
