I downloaded msn content plus for the msn winks and such
and decided to uninstall it because i didn't like it.
There was a free 30 day trial
and after the 30 days ran out,
it kept reminding me to register even thought i've uninstalled it.

i tried looking at the windows task manager
and i think it has something to so with msnlogs.exe and msnlogm.exe.

I tried ending the process tree but it either doesn't delete
or it comes back after a while...

please help me,
it pops up to remind me to register every time
and i can't get rid of it.

thanks

Try using this free app to stop the items from starting up: http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml

Just uncheck the one's that you don't want to start (don't uncheck anything you're not sure of!). When you reboot they'll be prevented from loading.

Be advised that some programs have the ability to "respawn" their entries - so this may happen again. If it does, then more troubleshooting is indicated.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
