Hi, I have jsut recently reformatted my computer and the same problem happened again. The audio is not working. I used to use SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio. Unfortunately, the computer never came with all the installation CD's. My previous fix to this was that, my friend sent me the files from his CD and I used the files he sent me that were missing and needed in the computer files in order to play music. But he lost his CD as well so now, I don't know what to do.

I believe that the fix to this is to locate and download the audio files somewhere on the net but the problem is that, I do not remember how to associate the files into the computer to make it work again.

Any help on getting my sound back would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: The device with the yellow question mark beside it is the:
Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller
Multimedia Audio Controller
SM Bus Controller

Here, under drivers, you find both the drivers you need as well as an installation utility.
