Runtime Error 372 Richgrid

Greetings once again...a problem solved in this forum now another starts..
I have been trying to load E-Sword bible program from a cd and I get a...runtime error 372 richgrid... when the cd runs...It won't load? ( XP Pro ) I have been told that the proper word is richard..but it says richgrid.
Thanks again for this forum and all those that give their time to help others...
