My brothers keyboard has developed an odd problem. When he hits the (? /) key he gets
a lower case "e" with a line over the top of it. He hasn't changed any settings as he has no idea how to.
I thought maybe he had changed the keyboard format from US to something else but he didn't.

Sounds like something has remapped the key.

Have you installed new keyboard drivers recently? Any other tweaking/adjusting programs?

Or, you could just learn to type in Spanish! (Just kidding!)

Is this the character over the e: ~ (called a tilde) Or, is it a straight line?
