Can't Log In Windows

Hello ..
My name is ican.
I can not log in to my windows xp pro. After i sign in, it will log off automatically (XP Pro immediately goes through the log off process).

I can't log in at safe mode too. It's same the Xp will log off automatically.

I write this at internet cafe at my town and hope there is some body can help me.

it sounds like your profile is corrupted.

Do you have another admin rights logon on this computer?

Use it to fix your logon or create a new one for you.

I can't make a new profile because i can't log in to desktop windows.
After i log in, immediatelly log off process appear on the screen so i can't do anything. I can't log in to safe mode too because the problem is the same (log off after i log in)

My friend give me suggest to format my hard drive but it can delete all my documents.

Please help me..
