This Deluxe Communications has a reputation of coming from download.com.
Did you run Ad-Aware and Spybot in safe mode?
This is not a real dangerous item, but why don't you download AVG Anti-Spyware, (previously known as Ewido) update it and run a scan in safe mode.
The first thirty days are free, and after that you can still use it,but without purchasing it,you must do the updates manually.
