Can somebody please help. When I try and log into Yahoo I get redirected to the following address with a blank screen.

us.ard.yahoo.com/frame.aspx?u=http%3a%2f%2flanding.domainsponsor.com%
3fa_id%3d1637%26domainname%3dyahoo.com%26adultfilter%3doff%26
popunder%3doff&r=UNAUTHORIZED+QUERY%3dYahoo.com

I would really appreciate anyone's thoughts on how to fix. Below is my hijack report.
