Can't Get Yahoo Website To Load, Redirects To A Blank Screen And Address

Wondering if someone can help me. When I get into yahoo's website (more specifically when I need to log in) the browser redirects me to a blank screen with this address

http://us.ard.yahoo.com/frame.aspx?u=http%...ERY%3dYahoo.com

could somebody help me out?

does this only happen on your computer, or does it still happen when using other people's computers

only on my computer. other two computers in the house are fine.

Could be a stray security setting (the link seems relatively benign - it may be hooked to an ad revenue site).

Or, it could be malware.

So, the first step is to try this free, online scan: http://safety.live.com/
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
