Hello,

I had received an bogus email saying I had ordered a computer Keyboard and selected PayPal as my payment method. I knew that was a Bogus email because I did Not order a computer keyboard. Plus the shipping address is not a legitimate address because there is no such address! I then reported/forwarded the email to PayPal and then deleted the email, turned off my computer and then made dinner.  When I came back and turned on my computer my screen was all Fouled up!! Nothing was the way it normally was supposed to be. When I could not change it back, I did an Anti-malware scan with Malwarebytes Free 3.6.1 and it picked up 6 items: Trojan.Emotet.Generic. I immediately quarantined all 6 items detected.  Then restarted my computer and did another scan with Windows Defender and it did not pick anything up and Now my computer screen is back to normal. I then came here and downloaded and ran FRST  I am including the Malwarebytes scan log and the FRST scan log and the Addition.txt file.

I want to make sure nothing remains of Trojan.Emotet.Generic and nothing else is on my computer.

Sincerely,
Matthew Groff
