I am following the instructions for removing Virus Burst, but have run into a problem. When I get to step 11 in your instructions, I can't download the smitRem.exe file successfully. I get an error telling me "Can't copy smitRem[1]: Access Denied. The source file may be in use". Does anyone out there have any suggestions?
