I'm so green at this I've only just figured out how to post. I'm Caza and I've joined coz I have a problem.

You are not THAT green if you figured out how to post.
To post about a problem, look for the most appropriate forum, and carefully tell us about it, when it happens and what you are doing when it does, and any error messages you might get (exact wording is often important). I am sure the members of this community can help you.
