reading hard drive

don't know if this is possible but i am trying to read a hard drive taken from a BT vision box,bought an enclosure and plugged in but it will not show in file explorer,shows in device manager as working, disc management shows it as disc number 7 with 3.86gb unallocated it is a 250gb drive nearly full of programs i would like to save,any help will be appreciated,

I don't think your will have any luck. I believe the drives have an encrypted file system. The best you could do is unlock and wipe.
