I tried the self guide to remove Surfsidekick posted on here:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/ind...hl=surfsidekick

But, I couldn't find the same lines to remove so I posted my HijackThis log in the HijackThis forum for help because I don't know what to remove. What am I suppose to look for if nothing matches what the self guide said to look for?

I uninstalled Tauscan and deleted its contents and folders after but whenever I reboot my computer, my S&D Teatimer detects Tauscan trying to change the registry. So how do I fully remove Tauscan?

My Xoftspy also detects Viewpoint and New Dialer, how would I remove all this too?

After posting a log you should NOT make further changes to your computer (install/uninstall programs, use special fix tools, delete files, edit the registry, etc.) unless advised by a HJT Team member. Doing so can result in system changes which may not show it the log you already posted. Further, any modifications you make may cause confusion for the member assisting you and complicate the malware removal process.

Please be patient. It may take a while to get a response because the HJT Team members are very busy working logs posted before yours. They are volunteers who will help you out as soon as possible.
