Downloaded the STRCODEC because windows media player said I needed it. Well, it's not actually a codec and now I've got a trojan horse virus that I can't get rid of. Symantec's website gives instructions for removing registry values but my registry doesn't have the ones it says to remove. I get pop ups for personal ads, gambling, and antispyware software 3 or 4 times and hour via internet explorer. PLEASE HELP.
