Can't get my Ram to run at advertised speed of 3200mhz, benchmark underperformin

Notice how it recommends to enable the xmp profile in the bios, however I have checked and it is enabled. It also shows in the bios the target speed is indeed 3200mhz. My motherboard also supports up to 3200mhz. The ram wasn't cheap, so I'd like to get my money's worth. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You are using only two of four memory channels so not surprising that memory bandwidth is way below maximum.

Quad vs dual channel memory makes very little difference so don't worry.

Your CPU-Z screenshot shows it is indeed running at 3200MHz.  (1599.7 x 2)
