What exactly is your problem? Are you running Windows 7 or Windows 10?

Do you want to try to troubleshoot your issues or downgrade to Windows 7?

To help troubleshoot Please follow the instructions in the link below. Make sure to perform the hardware diagnostics shown below as well while waiting for a reply.

Disable the following options if you are using CCleaner or other similar cleaning tools
Memory Dumps
Windows Log Files
Windows Error Reporting

Hardware Diagnostics:

http://www.carrona.org/hddiag.html (read the details at the link) - Test ALL of the hard drives.)

The computer cannot running Windows 10

Computer downgrade to Windows 7

Now returning to normal use
