Bthprops.cpl Won't Run !

:thumbsup: I'm running XP, Media Center Edition (never heard of it till i opened my new Acer?) and up to now I'm supposed to be running bthprops.cpl but nothing happens when I try? Can I download it? Is it hiddn in XP somewhere? Please help! I'm trying to learn bit by bit about PC related things and get to grips quite quickly as long as you treat me as a moron and not a fellow genius!! Keep it simple like me, thanks!! Here's hoping!!??
