Please open HijackThis, click Do a system scan only, and then place a checkmark beside each of these entries:

O15 - Trusted Zone: *.dollarrevenue.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.elitemediagroup.net (HKLM)
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.winantivirus.com (HKLM)

After placing all the checkmarks, close all windows (except HJT), and then hit Fix Checked. When it finishes, exit HJT.

=====================================

Download Hoster
  • Unzip it to your Desktop.
  • Double-click Hoster.exe on the Desktop.
  • Click Make Hosts Writable? in the upper right corner (if available).
  • Click Restore Original Hosts.
  • Click OK.
  • Click the X to exit the program.
=====================================

Please download VundoFix.exe to your Desktop.
  • Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
  • Click the Scan for Vundo button.
  • Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
  • You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
  • Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
  • When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
  • It will make a log in C:\vundofix.txt, please include that in your next reply along with a new Hijackthis log.
Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove. In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button" when VundoFix appears upon rebooting.

Can you also do this:

I need you to rename Hijackthis because I suspect that you may have the Vundo infection that can hide some entries in your log.
  • Please go to the folder where you saved Hijackthis.exe
  • Right-click on it, then select Rename.
  • Name it something like: jet.exe (or whatever you want)

Hello. :thumbsup:

That does look better! ;)

One thing, you need to rename the file, not the folder..

C:\jet.exe\HijackThis.exe

You need to rename Hijackthis.exe to whatever you like.
Then post a new Hijackthis log please. :flowers:

O.k..sorry about that! I opened the folder, right clicked on the HJT and 'renamed' it. Hope I did it right that time. Here's my new log. Thanks again for all of your help. Jan

Alright, that shows nothing.. :thumbsup: Let's just clean the leftovers.

Please open HijackThis, click Do a system scan only, and then place a checkmark beside each of these entries:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {1DAEFCB9-06C8-47c6-8F20-3FB54B244DAA} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\bmiqrehm.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {98B13FC8-5AC1-4C0B-81DC-A84C4EA6806E} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\pmkhe.dll (file missing)
O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} - http://software-dl.real.com/013d8848f1d1e7...ip/RdxIE601.cab
O16 - DPF: {D8089245-3211-40F6-819B-9E5E92CD61A2} - https://register3.valueactive.com/mpp_398/w...OCX/FlashAX.cab

After placing all the checkmarks, close all windows (except HJT), and then hit Fix Checked. When it finishes, exit HJT.

=====================================

Other than that, everything looks fine now! How are things? :flowers:
