I have a computer from a deceaesd family member. I can't access the Windows

operating system because I don't have the password. I want to transfer that data

onto my own computer.
Micrsoft won't let me access the computer without the password. I understand

Microsoft's policy regarding passwords even in cases like this but I was

wondering if I could accesss the data by physically removing the drive from that

computer and then access the data by use of a drive reader ?
