Hi guys,

For quite some time now I am experiencing bsods with almost every game I play (the only I could think of that doens't is LoL).
Usually these bsods have all kind of different messages so far I've got (not complete):

APC_INDEX_MISMATCH,
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL,
BAD_POOL_HEADER
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

ATTEMPT TO WRITE AT READONLY MEMORY

...

Usually when I check the dmp files coming with the bsod I never a get a driver attached, always pointing at ntoskrnl.exe. The times I did get a driver it was:
tcpip.sys & L1C63x64.sys

dxgmms2.sys

I have tried a couple of things:

Memtest ran for a couple of times and I got errors -> bought new 8gb ram stick but no avail

Installed windows again

Checked my bios settings (but I am a total noob regarding this)

Checked different driver update programs to catch some which required updating

Ran verifier

I have attached the Sysnative file results

Many thanks

Well ofcourse, I am trying to resolve this issue as fast and well as I could with the help of the internet ofcourse.

I checked for a long time on various forums to see if anything could help me. Mind you I am already running into these issues for over a year now.
So far I haven't found anything that fixed my issue.

Many of us work on the same forums so it is a waste of time we can be using to help others and prevent confusion, etc. At the very least, each site should be informed of your post so the same efforts are not duplicated. Please see the following regarding cross posting etiquette.

I'm only getting the blue screen while playing games that are pretty graphically intense, so I'm thinking it's the video card.

I will close each topic on every forum if my problem gets resolved. Does that make it okay with you?

I mean this thread has the most replies of every post I made but none are about the problem...

The dump file is not pointing to any third party drivers.

Step 1:

Create a Restore point and check for and update any of the following drivers:

amdide64.sys Tue Dec 4 01:49:28 2012 (50BDC728)
AMD SATA Controller driver http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=amdide64.sys

HWiNFO64A.SYS Tue Mar 31 02:51:32 2015 (551A6E24)
HWiNFO32 Kernel Driver http://www.hwinfo.com/download32.html
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=HWiNFO64A.SYS

usbfilter.sys Thu Nov 26 17:26:01 2015 (5657B129)
AMD USB Filter Driver (likely part of the chipset drivers) http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=usbfilter.sys

Step 2:

If that does not help then perform the steps below to help flag a third party driver.

One more thing I notice is there are several crashes related to the Nvidia Share. See link below to disable and see if it helps. You can also remove GeForce Experience under Add/Remove Programs which I recommend.

Great! Thanks will start immediately.

I do am having problem with finding the correct driver for the AMD SATA Controller driver. I went to that link http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx but there I don't really know what to select. I have a AMD FX 9370 but I can't find it in the chipset section.

Is this a custom made system if so please provide the make and model of your motherboard? If not please provide the make and model of the system.

Also run the following:
Download Speccy to your desktop

1. File > Publish Snapshot. This saves your snapshot to their servers
2. Copy and Paste the link to your next Reply

Hey dmccoyks,

Ran into more freezes and one bsod playing overwatch.

I first tried disabling the nvidia shared but crashed on first game.

Then I clean installed my gfx with DDU and installed the AMD drivers you suggested by installing the "all in 1" driver plus the HWINFO driver. Tried another game but bsod'd (if that's a thing) with code MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.

I've attached the dmp file.

I wanna say thanks for taking the time man, I really appreciate it
