I've had a problem with yahoo's popup address book (popping under) that I think might be related to Popup Blocker in Google's toolbar. I don't want to remove the google toolbar completely. I love it. But I would like to remove google's popup blocker (and I guess trust Microsoft's).

I think (memory's good but short) that I at least totally disabled the popup blocker once before, while it was in the beta stage -- perhaps with software provided by google. But the problem came back when I upgraded (so to speak) to IE7. I've performed many google searches for information for the past few days, and have not yet found a solution.

I've already followed the instructions in google help. I unchecked popup blocker under options and it no longer appears on the toolbar. (Now all I get is Microsoft's random and rather irritating handling of popups -- can't that company do anything right?)

But my yahoo address book problem has not gone away -- so I'd like to try completely uninstalling just google's popup blocker -- if that's still possible.
