hi...i am hoping somebody can help me.i keep getting the same trojan coming up on my pc . i am using avg anti-virus which keeps detecting it ,i then heal the virus but then some hours later it reappears, this has been going on for over a week now and i dont know how to permanently get rid of this pest.when avg detects it the file name it gives is !update.exe but i have an idea it has something to do with a file called "netdde.exe",i know this is a m/soft program but if i press ctrl/alt/delete the program is running ....but if i drag the actual exe file out of system 32 it allows me to move it meaning that this exe file isnt running but according to processes it is  :flowers: any help would be much appreciated

I have read your post and I think it would be wise for you to post a HijackThis log for an expert to review.

I recommend you follow the HijackThis preparation guide which can be found here. It is important that you follow the guide closely. A number of scans will be run which may well fix your problem. As the guide says, after you have completed the scans that are recommended, please post your HijackThis log in a new topic in the forum found here. Please add your system infomation and also what problems you are having.

Please be patient, and a HJT team member will help you to clean up your system.
