As a rule I don't visit discusions, nor off topics and yet all members should become aware of the topic

in all blogs and on all sites, avoid using real names of people, whether they be work, family or friends

I fear that this type of thing and the resulting clampdown is only going to grow as there is money to be made from it

Seems kinda hasty going to court. Don't you think she could have disputed the claims and told her side of the story on line? I think court would be waaaaaaay down the line.
