One of my frequently visited websites has always had a CHAT button showing at the bottom of each page. Suddenly it has disappeared. I have contacted that page's support and they show me a screenshot that does show the button still active. My default browser is Chrome but I also see the same problem when I tried Firefox. MS Edge, however, did show the CHAT button. I've got to believe that I've got some setting causing the problem but I don't find it. Can someone walk me through this, please?

Some possible fixes.

Clear Chrome's cache.

Open chrome and disable all your extensions.

Open chrome in incognito mode.

Reset chrome after backing up all your bookmarks first.
