I would try uninstalling and reinstalling MBAM then and see if it helps.

 

Try running the McAfee removal tool from Safe mode. It sounds like some of its processes are still running.

I tried McAfee removal tool in safe mode, and it didn't work, so I tried it in normal boot mode, and it worked.

 

I've uninstalling and reinstalling MBAM and it now works.

 

Computer seems ok now, am I good to go?
