My PC restarts quite often. it happens mostly in these cases:

1) When switching the HDMI cable between the computer screen and my TV. Specifically, I hear the humming the second that I unplug (this is the most common cause)

2) When running heavy graphic programs (e.g. Photoshop)

3) When touching the PC case accidently, even slightly.

I took the PC to a lab today, the guy there found high PCU temperatures and replaced the fan, it's apparently cooler now, but the problem persists.

I attached a TXT file with the link to the speccy report, and also a zipped Sysnative report.

Likely a hardware problem if this is the case. Can you reseat your graphics card and perhaps swap slots? Make sure to check for loose connections while you're in the case as well...........
