Asus q405u hdd swap to ssd

I'm trying to swap the hdd for an ssd as it runs very slow. I can open the case but removing the 3 ribbon cables are causing me problems. Please help. Thank you in advance.

That is a user manual that does not show in detail anything about removing the hard drive, I've already looked at it too bad though it is a good owner's manual though

I'm going to show it to my friend who is the one that is doing the physical work lol I'm just the owner who doesn't know much about this just trying to get him the information he asked for. Thanks all
