This is something I've recently started experiencing on my Android device that is making it very hard to use. A box will pop up saying "Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped." I don't even really care that Google Play services has stopped, but the problem is that this message is extremely aggressive. I don't need to be told this every few seconds! But that's often literally how often it appears. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you.

i would do a factory reset.  you've probably downloaded something that's effecting google play.   you could try going into settings/apps and force stop the google apps and see if it stops popping up.
