how to decrypt my files

hello I experience a problem with my files that i encrypted when i have win 7 OS and now i reformat my laptop and i cant open my files now what should I do?pls help me i dont have access on the files and the user that i used to encrypt the files are now gone because of the reformat. The encryption I used is the encryption file basically on win 7 i think its bitlocker I didn't use any other software. Can i still decrypt the files?
