What is your OS? Does the computer function properly with the 2013 driver?

NOTE : i used driver finder to download 2016 version of this driver (two years ago)

This may have been a date provided by the driver finder software and not the driver itself.

As far as I know AMD never had a certified driver for the Radeon 4000 series after 2013. You can try Snappy Driver Installer. Download and run the lite version. It will download the indexes and search for your drivers. Only install the video driver if it has a later version than 2013.

Every time Windows 10 has a major upgrade there is always a chance the old graphics card will not work. If a desktop I would budget for a newer card. Even the Microsoft Update Catalog shows the WDDM driver with a final date of 2015.

If you are into windows and into gaming I recommend an nVidia card (and no, I am not an nVidia fanboy). Check prices for GTX 1050/1060 (Ti variants too).

The RX 560 is still a good card though and the newer AMD drivers are better then they were.

Yes. They are good but Pascal cards are more energy-efficient.

Yes but AMD never came up with the GPP now did they?

Also AMD cards are still better at vulkan

The last few posts...which may be interesting to some...seem to miss the mark...when it comes to the original topic, IMO.

Thanks "madman"

Logical

I saw the price of Nvidia graphics

AMD is better for me

but why AMD is cheaper?  because AMD's performance is good (especially in overclock)

AMD just does this, sells good things at a cost reduction.

Granted the only reason why i have a nvidia card is at the time it was the better card.

Now not so much
