I have a Linksys E1200 and I am having to do a hard reset to it about every week. I will have internet(wireless) on my device and then one of them will claim that it is notr getting signal (connecting, saved, secerd over and over again) I will have signal on the other device (never the same device each time). I cannot look at the settings for the router even when though I still have internet when connected though I can still search the web. I was wondering short of buying a new router if there was a way to fix this issue.

You can try upgrading firmware.Upgrade it by physical connection (hardwired). However, I would recommend that you just buy a new router.

the firmware is up to date that was one of the first things I checked. And this router is less then a year old.

You dont need a new router, you should just access the Linksys at the browser interface using its default IP on the network 192.168.1.1

User and password should both be admin unless you have changed them from default.

Once in, make sure all setting configs are correct paying close attention to DHCP and DNS configs!

You have lost me?

What do you mean by 'settings through a website'?
