i'm trying to find windows 7 .iso files so i can play fallout 3 anyone know how, this is my first time using virtual console

You should be able to get the Windows 7 iso using the Windows iso downloader.

You are going to have to start a new thread on using a VM or Virtual Machine. Is that what you meant by Virtual Console?
