Vegas Pro Error

Hello everyone!  My video editor stopped working recently, and I'm hoping that somebody can help me to fix it! :)

Whenever I try to open Vegas Pro (15 or 13, I have both versions), they will start to load, but when it gets to "Creating Windows", it gives me this error message:
