Audio desync and all game stuck on blue screen crash.

So as it says above, whenever I play games my audio will start to desync while freezing, for example, if I'm playing Resident Evil 7 and there's a talking scene, the game starts stuttering with the audio being up to 20 seconds or so behind the game. It's very distracting and it happens very often.

I also have a blue screen crash issue as well, on all games I will often just crash to a blue screen with a very loud noise constantly happening in my headphones which gives me a very bad headache fast. It never goes off this screen unless I manually turn off the computer with the power button. 

My PC is more than capable of running these games. But I will list my specs below.

Intel i7-2600k 3.4 Ghz

Geforce GTX 1060 3GB

16GB RAM (Not sure about DDR)

Toshiba 2TB HDD.

BC AdBot (Login to Remove)
