Hi 
I want to use one of the following modems to play a MMO without disconnecting, for this end, can you tell me if these two are equal or if one is better than the other?

It depends on what you want to accomplish.  The ebay link is 4G which should be faster than LTE, but whatever you select will have to be supported by your wireless provider.

Alcatel IK40V-2BALIT1 Link Key Chiavetta Internet LTE   version it's a lot better anyway i would suggest you to use one that support international SIM cards which you can use on any sim card company anywhere in the world

You should choose 4G since you will be gaming on it.

 

It has lower latency than 3G

these are two different options. but I think in this case the second most profitable option.
