how do I copy my user image from my tower to my laptop?

I want to use the same profile image for both computers but cannot figure out the copy procedure and how to paste the image to my signon profile picture.

This article may help.  I've used some of EaseUs' other tools, but not this one specifically.  You'll notice they tell you how to do it without their tool first.  Mostly to show how easy their tool is.
