On Tue 17-Jul-18 10:49:32 AM your computer crashed or a problem was reportedcrash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\071718-22698-01.dmp

This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0xA48A0)Bugcheck code: 0xA (0x2100000101, 0x2, 0x1, 0xFFFFF800036C8A6F)

Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exeproduct: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System

company: Microsoft Corporation

description: NT Kernel & System

Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above. This is a software bug. This bug check belongs to the crash dump test that you have performed with WhoCrashed or other software. It means that a crash dump file was properly written out.The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

Make a Restore point and Update the following drivers:

Rt64win7.sysRealtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
SCDEmu.SYS - http://www.poweriso.com/
xsusb21.sys - This is for your XBOX 360 controller. Checck for any updates at the following link

I also highly recommend that you disable or better yet uninstall AVAST with the following tool and use Microsoft Security Essentials for your protection.

https://www.avast.com/en-us/uninstall-utility

Next, Please follow the tutorial below to run driver verifier
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5470-enable-disable-driver-verifier-windows-10-a.html

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation. It should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

When you get a Blue Screen Error (BSOD) then perform the following:

Run the Sysnative App again and upload the .zip file.

I try to respond in 24-48 hours normally and I am more active on weekdays than weekends. However, sometimes due to my health, family or life it may take me a little longer. If you have not heard from me within 72 hours then please PM me a reminder.
