I have an old linksys wireless router / modem. it was working fine until last night. today morning, i tried to go on internet. there was red light on it.

So i did some research on internet and tried to follow the instructions given for the router such as cable connection check up etc. but couldn't fix the problem.

Have you paid your bill?

Contact your ISP first and get a line check done!

Make sure your not being shaped, and your modem username/password input remain the same.

Could also be the old girl(modem) has bitten the dust, ask your ISP to supply a new one, or purchase a third party modem/router combo, then secure your log in details within it.
