It's easy to set up a minimal TLS protocol in Firefox and then delete the insecure cipher suites on the test below:

 

https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/viewMyClient.html

 

 

To do this with Chrome you need to insert two command line switches:

 

Set to minimum Protocol TLS 1.2:

 

--ssl-version-min=tls1.2

 

Remove the insecure Cipher Suites from the test:

 

--cipher-suite-blacklist=0x002F,0x0035,0x000A,0x009C,0x009D
