I have two Windows 10 machines running on a home wired network and they will not see each other and therefore can't read files between them. One machine shows "network" and the other shows "network 2".  Could this be the problem and if so, what is the fix.

ethernet, wired network running thru a linksys WRT54gl router. One machine will show both computers but the one showing the network 2 will only show the machine it is connected to.  They will not share files brtween them like the two windows 7 machines they replaced.
