Hello tkfisk

Can you advise what specific problems/malware Panda is indicating?

Certain fix tools that you were asked to use in the self-help guide may be detected by some antivirus programs (including Panda) as a "RiskTool", "Hacking tool, or "Potentially unwanted". Anti-virus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user. Potentially unwanted does not necessarily mean the file is malware or a bad program. It means it has the potential for being misused by others.

quietman7--

I am at work right now-- but when I get home I will get back to you on that... I haven't seen the virusburst icon any longer and don't seem to be having any more problems; maybe it is what you say then... I will get back to you and thanks for responding!

tk
